NGO management

This program focuses on the skills needed to effectively manage and lead non-profit organizations. Students explore specific aspects of NGO governance, fundraising, volunteer management, and social impact assessment.

Project management

This program equips students with the skills needed to effectively manage all phases of a project, from planning and execution to control and closure. They learn how to define project objectives, allocate resources, manage risks and ensure communication between all stakeholders.

Event management

This program prepares students to design, plan and manage events of all sizes and types, such as conferences, festivals, conventions and exhibitions. They develop skills in event marketing, project management, logistics coordination and budget management.

Human resources management

In this program, students explore the strategic and operational aspects of human resources management. They learn how to recruit, train and develop talent, manage social relations and promote an inclusive and productive work environment.

Quality management

This program trains students in the quality management methodologies and tools used to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes and products within organizations. They learn to implement quality standards, conduct internal audits and solve quality-related problems.

Logistics and transport management

This program trains students to meet the complex challenges of logistics and transportation management in a national and international context. They acquire skills in logistics operations planning, inventory management, transport flow optimization and supply chain management.

Corporate law

This program offers in-depth training in the legal aspects of commercial transactions, corporate structures and corporate governance. Students acquire skills in contract law, corporate law, intellectual property law and commercial dispute resolution.

Tax management

This program provides training in the principles and practices of corporate and personal taxation. Our ongoing partnership with the tax authorities is designed to ensure that the training is practically aligned with tax legislation.

Court assistant

Management of information systems

This program offers comprehensive training in the design, management and security of information systems within organizations. Students acquire skills in systems architecture, database management, cybersecurity and IT project management.

Marketing Trade Sales

This program focuses on consumer behavior analysis, strategic brand planning and sales management to maximize revenue and customer loyalty. Our students learn how to sell. They develop skills in market research, product development, pricing, distribution and promotion.

E-commerce / Digital Marketing

This program prepares students to assist women throughout pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Students acquire skills in prenatal care, childbirth management, postnatal care and prenatal and postnatal education.

International trade

This program explores the theoretical and practical aspects of international business, including international trade operations management, global logistics, customs regulations and international risk management. Nursing

Agropastoral

Animal production

This program provides training in the management and optimization of animal production to meet growing food needs. Students acquire skills in animal nutrition, farm management, animal health and the production of quality animal products.

Plant production

This program trains students in modern farm management techniques to maximize crop production. Students learn to manage crops, use agricultural technologies, optimize resource use and ensure the sustainability of farming practices.

Civil Engineering

Building

This program offers comprehensive training in construction techniques, construction project management and building maintenance. Students acquire skills in site management, structural design, cost estimating and construction site safety management.

Geometer / Topographer

  • The start of the academic year in Cameroon is scheduled for 07/10/2024, and will mark the effective start of teaching at ISTEM.
  • Academic outings: During the year, ISTEM organizes a series of activities (company visits, in-company stays, study trips) designed to immerse learners in professional practices during the lecture period. These outings require a fee, which is communicated at least 1 month in advance.
  • Tutoring: ISTEM puts each learner in contact with a professional in his or her future business sector for ongoing guidance during the course.
